​This review is 15 months in the making. In June of 2022, my husband and I bought a complete fixer-upper; in need of a full gut, simply because we loved the property and believed that the house had potential. Ironically, I do not have an iota of design knowledge or decor sense. I walked into North County Tile and Stone wide-eyed and completely overwhelmed. Within 5 minutes I knew I had come to the right place. Nasha and the girls quickly took my hand and assured me that they would stick by our side every step of the way, “floor to ceiling” - and everything in between! Within 5 months, we were well on our way, and they never looked at me crossed eyed with my thousands of crazy questions! 15 months in, we live in our dream home all thanks to North County Tile and Stone. Nasha, Makenzie, Candace, Kyle and the rest of the team are amazing at what they do and will quickly make you feel like you are a part of the team. ​I can't think of how our meeting with Nasha could have gone any better. From what little reference material we gave her, Nasha spread out colors and materials that were exactly what we wanted, and better than what we were capable of imagining. She was so kind and patient, walking us throught the design process. She has exceptional communication skills and a warm personality. But on top of all that, she really knows her stuff. She's top rate. I aslo love that we can parcel out our booking times on an as needed commitment. We've spoken to other designers and they all wanted contracts worth thousands of dollars up front without us even knowing if we have the same interests at heart. Well done NC Tile! I've had multiple meetings with Nasha, starting with her coming to my place to help me design my kitchen based on my unusual space. In 20 minutes she came up with a wonderful plan and I felt so relieved. We then met at the store and she had a whole plan ready for me - colors, tiles, and everything I needed picked based on our previous encounter and conversations. I can not recommend them enough! First, what a beautiful showroom. Wow! As much as there was to look at Nasha listened and immediately took my words to concept and the pool design was done in a matter of minutes. Not having been through this process before I expected to be fraught with decisions and that it may be an agonizing process but Nasha knew her stuff and it was easy to narrow down and make choices quick and you efficiently. I will go back with any excuse to use tile for all future projects!!

First off, the store is so beautiful! Nasha and everyone working there are so kind and welcoming. We had Nasha come to our house for a consultation. Within 20 minutes, she transformed a living room/dining room I had been struggling to arrange. The furniture never felt quite right and I could never find the right mantle pieces. She said less is more and she was right! The room is beautiful! Nasha truly has a gift for this. We are so grateful to have been introduced to Nasha and to now have a warm and inviting place for our family and friends to gather. Thank you!

The customer service was precisely what we were looking for. Nasha greeted us warmly each time we visited and answered what seemed like a hundred questions with thoughtful responses and ideas for improvement. It was absolutely no pressure and we took our time deciding on the tiles, even taking a few series home to review.
All said and done, we can't thank Nasha and her team enough. The tile arrived on time and was set by a recommendation of the shop a week later. The backsplash looks amazing and we have received plenty of compliments already.
